Anyone that has prior authorisation to visit the site between these times must sign in at the security desk located in the main foyer of the GCCEC. Note: Ensure your team is completely aware of all safety regulations!

Any stock or equipment that is sent to the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) must have this label fixed to it, clearly displayed. Note: Ensure your booth number is included and is clearly printed!

For any stock or equipment that is required to be sent to your company please ensure that a return label is fixed to it clearly displayed and information is completed. Note: Ensure the transport company collecting goods knows what they are picking up and who for!
